Travel Fee Policy

Our Travel Fee Policy ensures workshops can be delivered safely, sustainably, and at a high standard, while fairly accounting for travel time and costs.

Travel Zones & Fees

Local (<1.5 hours from Base)

• Travel included in workshop fee
  

Regional  (1.5-3 hours from Base)

• Travel fee: $400 – $600 

Covers:

• Fuel and vehicle costs 
• Partial travel time

Extended Travel (> 3 hours from Base)

(e.g. Newcastle → Port Macquarie)

• Travel fee: $800 – $1,000 

This reflects:

• Significant travel time (typically 6+ hours return) 
• Vehicle costs 
• Reduced working capacity before/after workshop

Overnight stays:

For locations requiring:

• 3 hours one-way travel or
• Early start times / late finishes 

We may recommend or require an overnight stay to ensure safe and effective delivery.

If applicable:

• Accommodation: arranged by clinic or invoiced at cost 
• Meals/per diem: may be included where appropriate

Air Travel/Interstate: 

Quoted on a case-by-case basis and may include:

• Flights 
• Accommodation 
• Transfers 
• Travel time allocation
