About Us
Dr Natsuko opened Paws In Hands in April 2024.
Having worked in Veterinary emergency for 20 years, she found the need to empower veterinary staff and pet owners how to save lives in time of need.
At Paws In Hands, we are dedicated to providing training in basic and advanced CPR to veterinary professionals in accordance with the industry standards set forth by the Reassessment Campaign on Veterinary Resuscitation (RECOVER) initiative.
We provide invaluable training to pet owners and pet service professionals in vital sign assessment, basic first aid, and CPR.
We equip you with the knowledge, skills, tools, and hands-on experience necessary to recognise potential animal emergencies and provide initial treatment and stabilisation.
Our goal is to enable individuals and teams to confidently provide early emergent and potentially life-saving intervention to dogs and cats.

- Bachelor in Veterinary Science (Honors) Sydney University 2003
- Member of Australia & New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists (Emergency & Critical Care) 2014
- Professional Certificate in Coaching Psychology (The Institute of Coaching and Consulting Psychology) 2022
- Certified Instructor RECOVER Basic Life Support/Advanced Life Support Rescuer 2023
- Certified Instructor RECOVER Pet Rescuer 2023
